BAMBOO
While visiting my local home product superstore, I came across the most interesting thing the other day. I discovered a beautiful bamboo cutting board. I had never seen anything like it, so, of course, I had to have it. When I got it home, I discovered it was tougher that my hardwood cutting board and the bamboo fibers stood up to all of my knives without leaving any marks on he cutting board.Bamboo is environmentally friendly Bamboo, and a renewable resource. Use more bamboo and less plastic!
